WEBSITE POLICY

Terms of Use.  This Policy contains the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the TradeSTAR Inc.com website (“the Website”). TradeSTAR Inc may revise this Policy at any time without notice. Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights.  All content on the Website is the sole property of TradeSTAR Inc and is protected by US copyright and international treaties. TradeSTAR Inc authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Website solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute content, or use it in any other way for commercial purpose.

Use of Site.  The Website and its services are intended for individuals seeking employment and for employers or recruiters seeking candidates for employment. The Website databases are private and for use by authorized users only. TradeSTAR Inc reserves the right to revoke user’s authorization in the event user breaches any of the terms outlined.  TradeSTAR provides staffing services to client companies across the US.  Clients may use a secure login to pay TradeSTAR invoices via credit card.  

Payment Terms.  Tradestar shall prepare individual or combined invoices for staffing services provided to client.  TradeSTAR shall assign client a secure login for the purpose of paying invoices with a credit card.  Invoices are presumed to be accurate and fully payable on the terms contained in the Service Agreement unless disputed in by client within five (5) business days. 

Fees/Refunds.  Only authorized users shall be permitted to access the Website. User agrees by accessing these services to be responsible for all fees associated with said services. User waives any and all rights to refunds once they have accessed and or used such services.

Site Content.  TradeSTAR Inc makes no guarantees and assumes no responsibility for the content of the Website or for the actions or conduct of its users. Use of the information contained within the Website and interaction with other users is solely at user’s risk. TradeSTAR Inc makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of the use of the Website and does not guarantee that jobs posted will be filled.

No Warranty.  TradeSTAR Inc does not warrant against viruses, worms, or other mechanisms which may cause harm to user’s computer, server, or network. TradeSTAR Inc shall not be responsible for damages to hardware, data loss, or software which may occur because of the use of the Website. You agree that use of any information obtained from the Website is at your own risk.


 

PRIVACY POLICY


 

In compliance with Section 35.581 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code. This Policy has also been structured to conform to applicable industry standards and practices existing at the time of its posting, including those promoted by the Online Privacy Alliance at www.privacyalliance.org, trust-e at www.etrust.com or www.truste.com, among others. This Privacy Policy describes:


 

(a)    How Personal Identifying Information is collected;


 

(b)    How and when Personal Identifying Information is used;


 

(c)    How Personal Identifying Information is protected; and


 

(d)    How the Personal Identifying Information is disposed.


 

Except as described in this Privacy Policy, TradeSTAR Inc does not intentionally disclose Personal Identifying Information to any third party. It is TradeSTAR Inc’ policy, as set forth hereunder, to undertake reasonable efforts to protect Personal Identifying Information. However, in no event does TradeSTAR Inc warrant or guarantee the complete secrecy of such information.



 

Definitions.  For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them hereunder:


 

(a)     "Business record" means letters, words, sounds, or numbers, or the equivalent of letters, words, sounds, or numbers, recorded in the operation of a business by: (i) handwriting; (ii) typewriting; (iii) printing; (iv) photostat; (v) photograph; (vi) magnetic impulse; (vii) mechanical or electronic recording; (viii) digitized optical image; or (ix) another form of data compilation.


 

(b)     "Personal Identifying Information" means an individual's first name or initial and last name in combination with any one or more of the following items: (i) date of birth; (ii) social security number or other government-issued identification number; (iii) mother's maiden name; (iv) unique biometric data, including the individual's fingerprint, voice print, and retina or iris image; (v) unique electronic identification number, address, or routing code; (vi) telecommunication access device, including debit and credit card information; or (vii) financial institution account number or any other financial information.



 

How Personal Identifying Information is Collected


 

TradeSTAR Inc’ Website.  If you are visiting the Website (http://www.TradeSTAR Inc.com), TradeSTAR Inc may collect the following information: the full Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") of the Web page from which you came to the Website; your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, which may include a domain name; the date and time for each page you view; the name of and information about any advertisement that brought you to the Website; searches you perform, links you click on; and computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform. We also transmit cookies to your computer so we can track the pages of the Website that you view and the order in which you view them. Any other information that you might submit to the Website, including Personal Identifying Information, may be maintained by TradeSTAR Inc.



 

Resume Information.  Should you be interested in any job placement opportunities provided by TradeSTAR Inc, you will be required to submit your resume to TradeSTAR Inc. Your resume may contain Personal Identifying Information. Likewise, employers or recruiters seeking candidates for employment via TradeSTAR Inc may submit information to TradeSTAR Inc that constitutes Personal Identifying Information.



 

Communications with TradeSTAR Inc.  If you communicate with TradeSTAR Inc, we may store copies of such communiqués (including e-mail or similar communications) between you and TradeSTAR Inc. This can result in the collection of your e-mail address or other Personal Identifying Information you may have disclosed in your communiqués.



 

How And When Personal Identifying Information Is Used


 

Resume Information.  Information from your resume will be posted on the Website for view by potential employers.



 

Cookies.  "Cookies" are files stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. TradeSTAR Inc may use cookies for such functions as verifying that you are an TradeSTAR Inc user, counting and tracking your TradeSTAR Inc Website visits, setting the appearance of the toolbar, helping the toolbar remember which module and tab you were last on and which search feature you used last, remembering the default search engine that you used in our Web search feature, determining the length of time you spent on a Web page, and keeping the nickname you used when you wrote your last Web review. We further use cookies to determine the number of visitors that came to the TradeSTAR Inc Website through a particular advertisement. Your TradeSTAR Inc cookie number is also used to create usage and shopping paths and to correlate those with any demographic information you provide, but we do not use your cookies, usage paths, shopping paths, or product purchasing information to attempt to determine your identity. Your IP address also is used by TradeSTAR Inc to gather broad demographic information, such as your general geographic location and Internet Service Provider. Email Addresses.  If you gave TradeSTAR Inc your e-mail address, we may use it to send you TradeSTAR Inc newsletters, product updates, service-related information, and other offers and information from TradeSTAR Inc. Legal Compliance.  TradeSTAR Inc may disclose any information it possess in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal requirements, and such information might be used by the receiving party to determine your identity, your Web usage and online shopping behavior, or other things about you.

How Personal Identifying Information Is Protected


 

Proprietary Information.  All Personal Identifying Information is treated as TradeSTAR Inc’ Proprietary Information. TradeSTAR Inc attempts to physically secure “hard copies” of its Business Records containing Personal Identifying Information. TradeSTAR Inc uses commercially reasonable computer security safeguards to protect its databases and servers against risks of loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification, or inadvertent or improper disclosure of data. These risks, however, cannot be completely eliminated and TradeSTAR Inc therefore cannot guarantee complete security. TradeSTAR Inc also segregates certain Personally Identifiable Information provided by you. Any e-mail address you chose to provide is stored in a database. Your usage paths are stored on a separate database and server that can be accessed only by a limited number of TradeSTAR Inc employees. Also, any demographic information you chose to provide is stored, along with your TradeSTAR Inc cookie number and the name of any advertisement that brought you to the TradeSTAR Inc download, in a database separate from e-mail addresses, Web usage path information, and shopping path information. If you send us an email, you should know that email is not necessarily secure against interception. So, if your communication includes sensitive information like your bank account, charge card, or social security number, and you prefer not to use one of our secure online complaint forms, contact us by postal mail or telephone rather than email.



 

How Personal Identifying Information Is Disposed


 

When TradeSTAR Inc disposes of a Business Record that contains Personal Identifying Information, TradeSTAR Inc will modify the Personal Identifying Information by shredding, erasing, or other means, to make it unreadable or undecipherable. TradeSTAR Inc may, but shall not be required to contract with a person engaged in the business of disposing of records for the modification of Personal Identifying Information.
